Rules and Regulations
New Construction
For all builders and new customers that are building new homes, please note the following:
An application, deposit, and tap fee must be paid and completed before a new tap can be installed on the lot. Once we receive all the documents we will then provide a letter for you to complete your permits.
Please note that once this is done it will take 4-6 weeks for the tap to be installed on your lot. Once the tap has been installed, your service will be locked out pending a water and sewer inspection. Service sewer lines must be buried between 2-3 feet deep and have a properly installed clean out within 5 feet of the sewer tap connection. Please see the diagram on this page for instructions on how to install this on the property. Service water lines must have water shut off valve within 5 feet of the meter.
Once this is complete then you can call into the office and schedule your inspection. We will inspect within 24-48 hours of your call Monday-Thursday. If you call on Fridays your inspection will be schedules for the following Monday. If you pass the inspection you will need to cover your lines. Once the services lines are covered, you will need to call the office to schedule for your meter to be unlocked. If your lines are covered correctly the lock will be taken off the meter and you will have services. If you fail the inspection we will give you a call to instruct you on what needs to be corrected. Once you have made the corrections and you notify us we will schedule your second inspection.
Your first inspection is FREE but if the first inspection Fails you will be charged $25.00 for each additional Inspection.
For all new construction, a Customer Service Inspection Certificate (290.47(d) Appendix D:) must be filled out to and submitted to us. Click here for the document.

Para todos nuestros constructores y clientes que están construyendo casas nuevas por favor ponga atención.
Una aplicación, deposito, y pago para el servicio de agua y alcantarilla tiene que estar pagado completamente antes de que pueda agregar los servicios en su terreno. Después se recibir todo los documentos y pagos se le mandará la carta a Liberty County para que pueda seguir el proceso de permisos.
Por favor de notar que nuestra compañía se puede tomar de 4 – 6 semanas en terminar la instalación de agua y alcantarilla en su terreno. Sus servicios van a estar cerrados con condado hasta que pasa la inspección de agua y drenaje. Las líneas de drenaje tienen que estas enteradas por lo menos 2-3 pies y tener instalado un respiradero no más de 5 pies de la concesión del drenaje. Por favor miren el diagrama en esta página para las instrucciones en como instalar las servicios en su propiedad. Las Líneas de agua tiene que tener una válvula para cerrar el agua no más de 5 pies del medidor.
Una vez completando esto, entonces puede llamar a la oficina y hacer sita para su inspección. Vamos a inspeccionar el plazo de 24-48 horas de su llamada de lunes a jueves. Si llama el viernes su inspección será para el lunes siguiente. Si pasa la inspección vamos a desbloquear el medidor de agua y el servicio se va poder usar. Si no pasan la inspección le daremos una llamada para darle instrucciones sobre lo que debe ser corregido. Una vez que haya realizado las correcciones y nos duela a notificar haremos otra cita para su segunda inspección.
La Primera Inspeccion es GRATIS pero si no pasa cada inspeccion despues de la primera se le cobrara $25.00 hasta que pase inspeccion.
Para todos que estén haciendo construcción nueva, necesitan llenar y mandar la forma de certificación (290.47 (d) Appendix D:) a nosotros de vuelta. Sí necesita esta forma oprima aquí.
